HumidorLocker provides private humidor management software to cigar retailers, lounges, and private clubs. This launch draft should receive attorney review before broad public release.

Information we process

We process account information for business users and member information entered by each customer, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, plan details, humidor locker assignments, payment-reference records, notes, and activity history.

How information is used

We use this information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service; authenticate users; send transactional account email; calculate business subscription usage; and investigate operational failures. We do not sell member information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Service providers

Hosting, authentication, database, transactional email, monitoring, and business billing providers process limited information on our behalf. Payment card details for a lounge’s HumidorLocker SaaS subscription are handled by Stripe and are not stored by HumidorLocker. Payments owed by a lounge member remain with the lounge’s existing payment methods; HumidorLocker records only the administrative payment references entered by staff and does not store lounge-member card numbers.

Isolation and security

Organization data is separated through authenticated application authorization and PostgreSQL row-level security. No internet service can promise perfect security; customers should use appropriate staff access and strong passwords.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and for a limited period afterward for recovery, legal, security, and billing needs. Organization or user deletion requests may be submitted tosupport@humidorlocker.com. We will confirm scope and applicable retention requirements before deletion.
